Find transparent answers regarding our on-site inspection fees, commercial permitting, residential scheduling, and construction methodologies.
Unlike sales-focused contractors who provide cursory "free estimates" that result in costly mid-project change orders, our on-site inspection is a rigorous technical evaluation. We dedicate qualified construction specialists to inspect load points, plumbing rough-ins, electrical panels, and local code parameters. This upfront investment ensures accurate scoping and prevents unpleasant surprises.
Our residential on-site inspection fee is $600. Our commercial on-site inspection and scope review fee is $1,200. Appointments are confirmed only after our team reviews your property address and preliminary requirements to ensure our schedule aligns with your target timeline.
We conduct a site assessment of utility supplies (gas, 3-phase power, water main capacity) and review health department guidelines. Once plans and line items are approved, we coordinate demolition, MEP rough-ins, hood and fire-suppression installations, partition walls, counter casework, and final inspection sign-offs.
We actively work across North Carolina hubs including Fayetteville, Raeford, Charlotte, Greensboro, Wagram, Laurinburg, and Raleigh. Service availability depends on current project volume and project scope.
No. We strictly label all architectural visualizations and concept studies (such as Bora Bora Café or Marshville Ice Cream) as "Design Concepts / Architectural Visualizations." Completed physical projects (such as The Corner Grill & Café, Cleopatra Inc. Tattoo, and Kilimanjaro Kitchen) are documented as verified completed construction.
