1. On-Site Inspection & Fee Conditions
Submitting an inquiry through our digital channels does not constitute a booked appointment. On-site inspections carry a published fee ($600 for residential properties, $1,200 for commercial spaces). Formal visits are confirmed only upon mutual agreement of date, location, and preliminary scope.
2. Scope of Estimates & Proposals
Digital preliminary estimates are non-binding. Binding construction agreements are executed via formal written contracts containing comprehensive line-item schedules of values and verified architectural specifications.
3. Architectural Visualizations
Portfolio items marked "Design Concept" or "Architectural Visualization" represent 3D design studies and design intent, and are not represented as completed historical construction.
4. Governing Law
These terms and all construction agreements are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
